PR Plug adapter for Japan (Japanese online store)
Lets a type C plug (pins 4.0mm) fit Japan's type A outlets

Kashimura NTI-22 (type C β†’ Japan type A plug adapter)(Amazon.co.jpοΌ‰
The store page says: rated 6A, 125V/250V. It cannot change voltage; devices not made for Japan's voltage need a separate transformer.
Note: rated 6A means about 600W at Japan's 100V, so do not use it for devices that draw more than that. Plugs with pins thicker than 4.0mm will not fit.

1. Switch the site to English

Amazon.co.jp offers Japanese, English and Simplified Chinese. Click the flag at the top right of the page, or open the language settings page, and choose English. Some parts of the site may still be in Japanese.

2. Create an Amazon.co.jp account

3. Choose where it is delivered

Some travelers suggest using the same name as your hotel booking and timing the delivery for your stay. This is from travelers' experience, not Amazon's guidance; every hotel is different.

4. Pay

5. Check the delivery date

The delivery date depends on the item and the address. Check it on the order screen before you confirm, especially if you are only staying a few nights.
