| Send bags from the airport to your hotel | Hand them in at a delivery counter in the arrivals area (Yamato, Sagawa, JAL ABC). Usually delivered the next day or later; some counters offer same-day delivery (below) |
| Send bags from your hotel to the airport | Yamato's Airport TA-Q-BIN: hand them in at least 2 days before your flight (3 days for some areas) at a partner hotel front desk, a convenience store (7-Eleven, FamilyMart and others) or a Yamato office. They arrive at the airport by the day before your flight |
| Send bags from one hotel to the next | Normal delivery (takkyubin) arrives the next day in most areas (the day after in some). Send it to arrive by the day before you check in, and only to a hotel that accepts parcels |
- Haneda: Yamato β hand in by 11:00, delivered to central Tokyo hotels and other areas (such as Yokohama, Kawasaki, Urayasu and Chiba) from 18:00 the same day; a counter fee of 660 yen applies. Sagawa (Terminal 1) β hand in by 13:00, delivered from 16:00 to covered areas
